Privacy Policy

Exwait is at an early stage. Right now, the only personal information this website collects is what you choose to share through the early-access form. This page explains exactly what that is and how it’s used.

Who we are

This website is operated by [Company legal name — to be confirmed before launch] (“Exwait”, “we”, “us”).

What we collect

When you join the early-access list, we store:

  • Your email address — required.
  • Whether you are a consumer, a shop or business, or other — only if you choose to tell us.
  • The date and time you signed up.

To protect the form from abuse, we also keep a one-way, salted hash of the IP address used to submit it. We never store the IP address itself, and these hashes are deleted automatically after 24 hours.

How we use it

We use your email address only to send you news about Exwait and invitations to early access. Your optional answer helps us understand who is interested. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for advertising.

Where it’s stored

Signups are stored in a managed database provided by our hosting provider, Netlify, which processes the data on our behalf. Data may be processed in the United States.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and does not load third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this website.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need it for the purposes above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to be removed from the list at any time, by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.

Changes

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
